Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Türkiye. Delivery is a flat £5.00 GBP per order, calculated automatically and shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from London. Exact delivery estimates for your address and courier are shown at checkout — we don't quote a fixed number of days here, as this can vary by destination and courier availability.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available for your courier, the tracking link will be included in that email.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived, arrives damaged, or something is missing, email hello@vibedose.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it out.

New destinations

We plan to expand delivery beyond the UK and Türkiye over time. This page will be updated as soon as a new destination is live at checkout.
